1. Introduction
Welcome to TechJeem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
TechJeem provides software development, consulting, project management, and related technical services. Specific deliverables, timelines and payment terms will be set out in separate written agreements or statements of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to necessary systems, information and personnel. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and incur additional fees.
4. Fees, Payment and Taxes
Fees are set in the applicable agreement or proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest and/or suspend Services. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TechJeem retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, tools, libraries and know‑how. Upon full payment, TechJeem grants the client a license, or transfers ownership as set out in the relevant agreement for the deliverables created specifically for the client.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only to perform obligations under these Terms. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
TechJeem warrants that Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, Services are provided "as is" and TechJeem disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechJeem's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the Services that gave rise to the claim. TechJeem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, the client will pay for Services performed up to the termination date and return confidential materials belonging to TechJeem.
10. Data Protection
Each party will comply with applicable data protection laws. TechJeem will process personal data only as instructed by the client and maintain appropriate security measures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated Terms page; continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
